REFUND POLICY

Introduction:

At Koreanbed.com, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, our refund policy allows for returns under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Unused Products Only: Refunds, returns, or exchanges are valid only for unused products. If the product has been installed, opened, or used in any way, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • 8-Day Return Window: Our policy lasts for 8 days from the date of delivery or booking. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Discounted items
  • Installed or used items
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@koreanbed.com within 8 days of receiving your product.
  2. Prepare Product for Return: Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • For items over ₹5000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 90 working days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at contact@koreanbed.com and send the item to our official address.

Shipping Time for Exchanges:

The time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.
